General Rules

Go to [ My Orders ]→[ Return ] to submit your return request. After being inspected, you will be informed through email or message. The packages should be returned in their original condition. All product packaging ( boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc ) and certificates of authenticity or any other supporting documentations must be returned with the item. The refund will be completed within 1 to 3 working days. Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected by RTTMALL.

Return Description

1. Free to return:
If the item is in original condition that won’t affect the reselling, buyers are free to return goods within 7 days after the receipt of package.
2. Poor Quality
If the package has been opened or the products proved to be poor quality, you can contact us to return goods within 30 days after the receipt of package.

Return Steps:

1. Sign in 
2. Go to “My Orders” page, choose the order you want to return, and click “Return” button.
3. On the “Apply for Return” page, write down return reasons, return options, and other info, click “Submit” button.
4. RTTMALL will handle your return within 1-5 working days.
5. RTTMALL will inform you through email or message and within 1-5 days, our people will go to fetch goods according to the address you offered.
6. If the item proved to be in good condition that won’t affect reselling, we will make a refund within 1-5 working days and inform you through email or message.

Return Options

1. Pick up 
Carrier will pick up at your location and check the package that you want to return. You will be charged upon every package.
2. Drop off 
You can choose a drop-off location that’s convenient for you. Just drop the package off at our service point and it will be inspected by our staff.

The Return Deadline

You can start to apply for returning or replacing since you signed for the package. but if the date you signed is dismatched with RTTMALL backstage system, which caused you trouble during return process, please contact us.

1. Computers and Phones, Cameras and Photography, Appliances and Office Suppliers
1) Buyers may return goods within 7 days after the receipt of package. 
2) Buyer are allowed to return for the quality issues within the 30 days of receipt of package.
3) Please do check before signing for the package, in case something damaged or missed due to tampering. You can tell carrier the situation on site and make a feedback to RTTMALL to make a request for return.
4) Please keep products intact and package in perfect condition before it reaches return deadline, so that you can return without any reasons.
5) Once the product opened or used, buyers are not allowed to return due to quality issues. If it is proved to be quality issues, please provide warranty repairs. Or you can provide the tested results, based on the official certificate of quality test at the designated institution, which reported to be the performance defect, and RTTMALL will accept the return application.
2. Books, Digital Devices and Electronics, Software and Games Products.
1) Buyers are free to return goods within 7 days after the receipt of package. 
2) Buyer are allowed to return for the quality issues within the 30 days of receipt of package.
3) If the item is in good condition that won’t affect the reselling, buyers are free to return goods within 7 days after the receipt of package.
4) Once the product opened or used, buyers are not allowed to return due to quality issues. If it is proved to be quality issues, please go to Manufacturer’s maintenance center or the designated one to get the official certificate of quality test. And if the test result is performance defect, RTTMALL will return the goods.
Notes: The refund must be handled with all associated accessories(label, instruction book, warranty paper, invoices and gifts and so on). If any one of those missed, RTTMALL will not accept the return. 
3.Kids and Toys
1) Buyers are free to return goods within 7 days after the receipt of package. 
2) Goods are allowed to return in perfect condition with all accessories intact within return period.
4.Foods, Cosmetics, Baby Products, Personal Care, Furniture and Bedding, Kitchenware
1) Buyer are allowed to return for the quality issues within the 30 days of receipt of package.
2) The categories are not accepted to be returned once you sign for it unless it is quality issues.
3) Because of their special features, please do check the expiration date before signing. 
4) The products, claimed to be quality problems by National Quality Supervision Institution, will be officially returned by RTTMALL.
5.Clothing, Shoes and Boots, Bags and Cases, Outdoors and Sports
1) Buyers are free to return goods within 7 days after the receipt of package. 
2) Buyer are allowed to return for the quality issues within the 30 days of receipt of package.
3) the products, claimed to be quality issues, is accepted to return within time limits. All associated accessories(label, instruction book, warranty paper, invoices and gifts and so on) should be presented. If any one of those missed, RTTMALL will not accept the return.

Pet Supplies

1.Pet Foods and Care
1) Buyer are allowed to return for the quality issues within the 30 days of receipt of package.
2) The categories are not accepted to be returned once you sign for it unless it is quality issues.
3) Because of their special features, please do check the expiration date before signing. 
4) The products, claimed to be quality problems by National Quality Supervision Institution, will be officially returned by RTTMALL.
2.Non-Food Items
1) Buyers are free to return goods within 7 days after the receipt of package. 
2) Buyer are allowed to return for the quality issues within the 30 days of receipt of package.

Notice:
The following situations RTTMALL will not accept your return: 
1) The article number discord with RTTMALL’s products; 
2) The unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collapse, overlook, liquid inbreak, private alteration, incorrect installation causing quality breakdown, label twisted, serial number changed and so on;
3) The false breakdown or the surroundings-caused problems examined to be functional;
4) Return period over;
5) The phones activated, with non-quality issues, like iPhone;
6) Unable to provide invoice, warranty paper or the “Three Guarantees” info altered; 
7) The commodity, such as foods, health products, cigarettes and wine, cosmetics, personal care, battery, films, virtual products, software opened or used; apparel and accessories transformed;
8) The products manual, warranty paper modified, damaged and missed; 
9) The parcel damaged, accessories missed or broken;
10) Returns not accepted; e.g. protected by intellectual property;
11) Virtual products, such as gift card, shopping card, mobile top-up, game card and so on; as well as tickets, coupons, tourism packages and other disposable services;
12) The products decided by their nature unfit to return and replace, which confirmed by buyers when place the order;
